Air Canada passenger opens cabin door, falls on tarmac at Toronto Pearson airport
An Air Canada passenger on a flight from Toronto to Dubai opened the plane’s cabin door while the plane was on the ground, spilling out onto the tarmac and causing a lengthy delay.

We can confirm all of our approved boarding and cabin operating procedures were followed, The passenger sustained injuries but no details on his condition have been released, and no explanation has been provided as to why the passenger decided to open the cabin door.
The plane, a Boeing 777 scheduled to carry 319 passengers, was delayed for several hours.
